A: No. According to the provisions of Article 3 and 4 of the Rules for Examination of Licensing Criteria for Producing Infant and Young Children Formula Milk Powder (2022 version), infant and young children formula milk powder refers to powdered infant and young children formula food for infants and young children aged 0 ~ 36 months, produced and processed by physical methods only, with cow (sheep) milk and (or) its milk protein products as the main protein source, adding an appropriate amount of vitamins, minerals and (or) other raw materials. Infant and young children formula milk powder is divided into infant formula (0 ~ 6 months, stage 1), older infants formula (6 ~ 12 months, stage 2) and young children formula (12 ~ 36 months, stage 3).
