On May 10, 2024, China National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment (CFSA) opened four new food additives for public feedback. This includes one enzyme preparation — D-psicose 3-epimerase, two nutritional fortification substance — 2'-FL and LNnT, and one nutritional fortification substance with expanded usage scope — sodium ferrous citrate. Any comments can be submitted before June 9, 2024. Details are as follows:
