Q: Can cross-border e-commerce retail import commodities be transported via different Customs?
A: According to the Announcement on Matters concerning the Supervision of Cross-border E-commerce Retail Import and Export Commodities (GACC Announcement No. 194 of 2018) (XXII), cross-border e-commerce retail import and export commodities can adopt the "cross-border e-commerce" mode for changing customs. Among them, the customs where the cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zone is located can enter the name of the transshipment commodity into the "cross-border e-commerce commodity batch" in the form of the general waybill, and the detailed electronic list of the transshipment commodity need to be attached.
