Instant coffee brew
The common 3-in-1 instant coffee is an instant coffee brew and is usually classified as an instant/instant coffee beverage in a solid beverage category. GB 29602-2013 Solid Beverages defines coffee solid beverages as solid beverages made from coffee beans and coffee products (ground coffee, coffee extract or its concentrated solution, instant coffee, etc.) with or without other food raw and auxiliary materials and food additives.

According to GB/T 30767-2014 Coffee Beverages, coffee brew are liquid beverages made from coffee beans and/or products (ground coffee, coffee extract or its concentrate, instant coffee, etc.), adding sugar, milk and/or dairy products, food additive, etc..
